摘要
目的探讨高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在小儿神经母细胞瘤组织中的表达及其在肿瘤淋巴结转移、血管浸润中的意义。方法收集经病理证实为神经母细胞瘤的石蜡标本50例、同期相应瘤旁组织15例。应用免疫组织化学S-P染色辅以计算机图像分析系统分析结果的方法 ,研究HMGB1、VEGF在各组标本中的表达及意义。结果 HMGB1在神经母细胞瘤组织中的表达(145.16±10.55)与其在瘤旁组织中表达(103.47±6.07)相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VEGF在神经母细胞瘤组织中的表达(148.57±9.77)与其在瘤旁组织中的表达(105.28±1.62)相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关分析显示神经母细胞瘤组织中HMGB1与VEGF的表达成正相关(r=0.422,P=0.001)。结论 HMGB1和VEGF的高表达与神经母细胞瘤的浸润转移有关,参与了肿瘤血管浸润及淋巴结转移,给临床靶向治疗神经母细胞瘤提供了新的思路。
Objective To explore the expressions of high mobility group box protein 1(HMGB1) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in pediatric neuroblastoma tissue and their significance in tumor node metastasis and blood vessel invasion. Methods A total of 50 paraffin samples of diagnosed neuroblastoma and 15 adjacent tissues in the same period were selected. The expressions and significance of HMGB1 and VEGF in the groups were analyzed by immunohistochemical S-P dyeing method and computer image analysis system. Results The expression of HMGB1 in the neuroblastoma tissue was(145.16±10.55), and that in adjacent tissue was(103.47±6.07). The difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). There were statistically significant difference of expressions of VEGF in neuroblastoma tumor tissue(148.57±9.77) and in adjacent tissue(105.28±1.62)(P〈0.05). The related analysis showed that there was positive correlation between the expressions of HMGB1 with VEGF in neuroblastoma tissue(r=0.422, P=0.001). Conclusion The high level expressions of HMGB1 and VEGF are correlated with infiltration and metastasis of neuroblastoma, tumor node metastasis and blood vessel invasion. They can provide new idea in the targeted therapy of neuroblastoma.
