Latest Research Progress of MicroRNA and Male Infertility

摘要 近年来,很多研究显示micro RNA(mi RNA)在睾丸组织中广泛表达,参与调控精子发生过程,并且精浆游离mi RNA可能作为男性不育诊断的新指标。mi RNA在精子发生中的作用越来越受到人们的重视。本文将从男性不育的现状,mi RNA的转录后调控作用,mi RNA与精子发生及其调控机制,精浆游离mi RNA与男性不育的诊断等方面进行综述。 In recent decades, many researches found that microRNA (miRNA) is abundantly expressed in testicular tissues, involving in regulation of spermatogenesis. Moreover, miRNA from seminal plasma is the new marker of male infertility diagnosis. In recent years, increasing attention has been paid to the role of miRNA in spermatogenesis. This paper reviews the latest research progress of the status quo of male infertility, post- transcriptional regulation of miRNA, miRNA and its regulatory mechanisms of spermatogenesis and relationship between seminal plasma free miRNA diagnostics of male infertility.
