脂代谢及血清脂联素水平与绝经后骨质疏松症的相关性研究 被引量:9

The Study of Correlation between Serum Adiponectin and the Levels of Lipid Metabolism and Bone Metabolism Biochemical Marker in Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

摘要 目的:探讨绝经后骨质疏松患者血清脂联素(ADP)及脂代谢与骨代谢指标的关系。方法:测定112例绝经后骨质疏松患者(实验组)和60例绝经后健康妇女(对照组)的血清中的血脂、ADP及骨代谢指标的水平。分析对比两组血脂及ADP水平的差异,并分别对血脂、ADP水平与骨代谢指标间的相关性作直线相关分析。结果:实验组血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A-I/载脂蛋白-B(apo A-I/apo B)、ADP、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BAP)及i型胶原交联氨基末端肽(NTX)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。血清ADP水平与血清TC、LDL-C、apo A-I/apo B水平呈正相关(r=0.36,r=0.51,r=0.14,P<0.05)。血清ADP与BAP、NTX水平及NTX/BAP比值呈正相关(r=0.22,r=0.24,r=0.16,P<0.05)。血清TC水平与BAP、NTX水平及NTX/BAP比值呈正相关(r=0.26,r=0.19,r=0.17,P<0.05)。血清LDL-C与BAP、NTX水平及NTX/BAP比值呈正相关(r=0.38,r=0.27,r=0.19,P<0.05)。结论:脂代谢障碍及脂联素异常表达可能具有影响骨代谢、加快骨吸收的作用,并由此影响绝经后骨质疏松症的发病。 Objective:To explore the relationship between serum adiponectin and the levels of lipid metabolism and bone turnover biological markers in postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods:The levels of lipid metabolism and serum adiponectin and bone turnover biological markers were measured in 112 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis ( experimental group) and 60 healthy postmenopausal women ( control group). The differences in levels of lipid metabolism and serum adiponectin were analyzed and compared between experimental group and control group. Linear correlation analysis was used to analyzed the relationships among lipid metabolism,serum adiponectin level,bone metabolism biochemical marker index respectively. Results:TC, LDL-C,apoA-I/apoB,ADP,BAP and NTX levels in experimental group were all higher than those of control group ( P 〈 0. 05). Serum ADP was positively correlated with TC, LDL-C and apoA-I/apoB ( r = 0. 36, r = 0, 51, r = 0. 14, P 〈 0.05). Serum ADP was positively correlated with BAP, NTX and NTX/BAP ( r = 0.22, r = 0.24, r = 0. 16, P 〈 0.05). Serum TC was positively correlated with BAP, NTX and NTX/BAP ( r = 0. 26, r= 0. 19, r = 0. 17, P 〈 0.05). Serum LDL-C was positively correlated with BAP, NTX and NTX/BAP ( r = 0. 38, r = 0.27, r = 0. 19, P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions: Lipid metabolism disorders and abnormal expression of adiponectin may have effects on PMOP attack through affecting bone metabolism and speeding up bone absorption.
