摘要
本研究采用进口钢材A 537和国产钢16 MnR,与配套焊条(LB—52 NS和结507)焊制模拟T形管节点冠点和鞍点处接头的角接头和十字接头试件,并采用正交试验法设计试验,分别对两种试件在焊后和对焊趾进行手工焊重熔焊修后两种条件下,在空气和海水介质中进行了低周疲劳试验,对试验结果进行了整理和分析。结果表明手工熔修可以明显提高接头疲劳寿命。将国内管接头疲劳试验结果与本试验结果比较表明:接头疲劳试验的断裂寿命与管节点接头裂纹起裂寿命大致对应。
This research is based on the low cycle fatigue test the specimens for which are corner joints and cross joints used for simulating the joint at the crown point and the saddle point of T-type joint which was welded with the welding rods of LB - 52 N and J 507 on the steel of ASTM A 537, class 1 and 16 -MhR. The factors, such as as-welded and manual refusion treatment at the toe and in air and seawa-ter, effected on the joints separately, were included in the test with optimum test method. An analysis of the test result was mode, and conclusion shows the fatigue life of the joints will be increased after the manual refusion treatment at their toe, and the fracture life of test joint approximately corresponds to the initiation life of the T-type tubular joint.
