三维适形放疗和调强放疗对鼻咽癌患者腮腺功能损伤的比较 被引量:4

摘要 放射治疗是鼻咽癌首选的治疗方法。口干是鼻咽癌放疗过程中最常见的不良反应之一,是由腮腺受照后出现的分泌功能障碍引起。本研究通过单光子发射计算机成像技术(single—photon emission computed tomography,SPECT),对放疗结束时和放疗3个月后鼻咽癌患者的99^Tc^mO4。腮腺动态显像及口干的程度进行比较,用于三维适形放疗和调强放疗对腮腺功能损伤情况的评价。
