放射性认知功能障碍的机制研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 放射治疗是各种原发性和转移性脑肿瘤的主要治疗方法之一。在接受分次全脑照射并存活超过6个月的脑肿瘤患者中,认知功能障碍的发生率高达50%~90%。放射性认知功能障碍多属于轻度和中度的认知功能障碍,表现为言语记忆、空间记忆、注意力、解决新问题的能力降低,但也有1.9%~5.1%的长期存活患者会发展为痴呆。
