摘要 脊柱微创手术开展越来越多,常需要术前术中透视定位椎弓根,特别是在行椎体成形术及微创椎弓根置钉时。反复透视定位不仅耗费较多的时间,而且医师和患者均会受到较多的放射线照射。我们尝试在椎弓根透视定位时采用自制透视模板进行定位,一次透视可定位多个椎弓根,方便快捷准确,介绍如下。
