手法结合中医定向透药疗法治疗非巨大性肩袖损伤疗效观察

Technique combined with TCM orientation observation of medication in treatment of non massive rotator cuff injury effect

目的探讨手法结合中医定向透药疗法治疗非巨大性肩袖损伤的疗效。方法选取2013年3月-2014年3月本院治疗的非巨大性肩袖损伤患者63例,所有患者随机分为观察组32例和对照组31例。观察两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前两组治疗前后UCLA得分及上举,外展,前屈,疼痛减轻恢复比率。结果治疗后观察组患者的UCLA得分明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组患者的总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的80.65%（P〈0.05）。观察组的上举,外展,前屈,疼痛减轻恢复比率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论手法结合中医定向透药疗法治疗非巨大性肩袖损伤疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the Technique combined with TCM orientation observation of medication in treatment of non massive rotator cuff injury effect. Methods 63 cases of nonmassive rotator cuff injury patients from 2013 March to 2014 March in our hospital were collected and randomly divided into the observation group 32 cases and control group with 31 cases. The clinical curative effect of two groups of patients before treatment,the two groups before and after treatment UCLA score and lift,abduction,flexion,pain recovery ratio were all compared. Results After treatment,the observation group of patients with UCLA were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Patients in the observation group the total effective rate was 93.75%,significantly higher than that in control group 80.65%（P〈0.05）. The observed group lift,abduction,flexion,pain recovery ratio was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Technique combined with TCM directional medication treatment of nonmassive rotator cuff injury effect is significant,it＇s worthy of clinical application.
