早产儿护理中发展性照顾的应用

Developing care in the premature infant

目的分析发展性照顾在早产儿护理中的应用效果。方法收集2013年3月-2014年3月本院收治的72例早产儿临床资料,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组均为36例。对照组采取常规传统护理,观察组采取发展性照顾护理,最后分析两组早产儿临床护理效果。结果在第7天后,观察组进奶量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组早产儿平均体质量增长速度明显高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组消化症状发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论发展性照顾具有明显的安全性、实用性,可提高早产儿的进奶量、增加体质量、缩短住院时间,促进早产儿健康成长,值得临床推广。

Objective To analysis the clinical effects of the developing care in the premature infant. Methods 72 cases of premature infant were randomly divided into observed group（36 cases） and control group（36 cases）.The control group were cared by routine nursing,the observed group were cared by the developing care.The clinical effects were compared for the two groups. Results In the 7 days,the daily milk intake for the observed group were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.The quality of growth for the observed group were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.The rate of digestive tract symptom for the observed group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The developing care has safety,practicality,it can increase the daily milk intake and quality of growth.It can reduce the hospital stays and promote the healthy growth of premature infants. It is values for clinical promotion.
