鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎64例疗效分析

Clinical analysis of nasal endoscopic surgery for 64 cases chronic sinusitis

目的研究鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效,为慢性鼻窦炎的治疗寻求更好的治疗途径。方法选取我院五官科2009-2013年收治的慢性鼻窦炎患者64例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用鼻内窥镜手术治疗,对照组采用传统手术治疗,分析对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.8%,明显高于对照组（65.6%）。治疗组在平均手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间等方面明显短于对照组,而且并发症发生及复发率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎临床疗效确切,且手术时间短,术中出血量少,住院时间短,并发症少,复发率低。值得临床推广使用,但也对临床医生提出了更高的要求。

Objective To study the clinical effect of the nasal endoscopic operation on treating,and to find a better treatment for chronic sinusitis. Methods 64 patients from year 2009-2013 in our hospital with chronic sinusitis were selected,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were treated with mirror nasal endoscope operation,the control group were treated with the traditional operation,clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.8%,significantly higher than that of control group（65.6%）.The treatment group in the average operation time,bleeding volume,length of hospital stay were significantly shorter than that of the control group,but the complication and recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Nasal endoscopic operation on treatment of chronic sinusitis is exactly,and it has short operation time,less bleeding,shorter hospital stay,less complications,low recurrence rate. It is worthy of clinical use,but also put forward higher requirements for clinicians.
