痰菌阳性肺结核病合并糖尿病48例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 48 cases of sputum positive tuberculosis with diabetes

目的分析痰菌阳性肺结核病合并糖尿病的临床治疗方法和效果。方法随机选择2010年6月-2013年6月期间,在我所门诊进行诊治的48例痰菌阳性肺结核病合并糖尿病患者。对他们进行针对性的降糖、抗结核西医治疗,并统计、分析和比较患者用药前后的临床治疗效果。结果临床比较得出,经过治疗,48例患者的痰菌阴性率、肺结核病灶情况均明显优于治疗前,且血糖指标较之治疗前均有明显的下降,前后比较均存在明显的差异性,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。48例患者的临床治疗总有效率达到了91.67%。结论对痰菌阳性肺结核病合并糖尿病患者采用针对性的临床治疗,能够有效的提高患者的治疗效果,改善其病症情况和生存质量。

Objective To analyze and study the clinical treatment and efficacy of sputum positive tuberculosis（TB） with diabetes. Methods 48 cases with sputum positive TB with diabetes in our clinic from June 2010 to June 2013 were randomly selected.They were given targeted hypoglycemic,anti-tuberculosis medicine treatment.counted,analyzed and compared the clinical efficacy of the patients before and after the treatment. Results Compared the results,after the treatment,sputum negative rate and tuberculosis lesions situation of 48 cases were much better than before the treatment,glycemic index were also significantly decreased before the treatment,there had obvious differences before and after the treatment,it had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The clinical treatment total efficiency of 48 patients was 91.67%. Conclusion It can improve the clinical efficacy of targeted clinical treatment for sputum positive TB with diabetes,it can also improve the patients＇ symptoms situation and quality of life.
