胸锁乳突肌瓣联合口腔修复膜在腮腺良性肿瘤手术中的应用

Application of sternocleidomastoid muscle flap with oral repair membrane in parotid tumor surgery

目的分析腮腺良性肿瘤切除术中应用胸锁乳突肌瓣联合口腔修复膜预防Frey综合征及纠正局部凹陷畸形的临床疗效。方法 72例患者随机分为两组,治疗组38例采用胸锁乳突肌瓣联合口腔修复膜修复腮腺切除术后创面,对照组34例不做任何修复。两组患者术后随访3-18个月,比较Frey综合征发生率及患者对面容的满意度并进行统计学分析。结果试验组局部凹陷发生率为7.89%（3/38）,Frey综合征的发生率为10.5%（4/38）。对照组局部凹陷的发生率为73.5%（25/34）,Frey综合征发生率为67.6%（23/34）。结论采用胸锁乳突肌瓣联合口腔修复膜对预防Frey综合症及改善术后凹陷畸形效果显著。

Objective To analyze therapeutic effect of oral plerosis membrane and sternocleidomastoid muscle falp in parotid tumor surgery to prevent frey syndrome and facial collapse deformity. Methods 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group of 38 cases received the repair of sternocleidomastoid muscle falp and oral plerosis membrane,34 cases in the control group did not do any repair.The two groups of patients were followed up for 3-18 months,Frey syndrome incidence and patients face of satisfaction were compared and statistically analyzed. Results Partial depression incidence rate was 7.89%（3/38） in the experimental group,Frey syndrome occurred in 10.5%（4/38）.Local depression incidence rate of the control group was 73.5%（25/34）,Frey syndrome occurred in 67.6%（23/34）. Conclusion Use sternocleidomastoid muscle flap combined with oral cavity repair membrane significantly in prevention of Frey syndrome and improve the postoperative deformity effect.
