克罗恩病患者中胰岛素样生长因子-1水平检测的临床观察

Clinical observation of determining the level of insulin-like factor-1 level in Crohn's disease

目的通过检测克罗恩病(CD)患者中血浆胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平,探讨IGF-1与CD的临床关联。方法选取30例CD患者和10例正常对照者,采用ELISA方法检测血浆IGF-1和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和MMP-9水平。结果 CD组患者中血浆IGF-1水平低于正常对照组,MMP-2、MMP-9水平高于正常对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在CD生物学行为中,狭窄型CD患者中血浆IGF-1水平低于非狭窄非穿透型CD患者,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CD患者中血浆IGF-1水平降低,可能与狭窄型CD患者生物学行为相关。

Objective To investigate the clinical correlation between insulin-like growth factor-1 （IGF-1） and Crohn＇s disease （CD） by determination of plasma IGF-1 level in patients with CD.Methods ELISA assay was used to measure the levels of IGF-1 and matrix metalloproteinase-2,9 （MMP-2,9） in 30 CD patients and 10 healthy controls.Results Compared with healthy controls,the plasma level of IGF-1 in CD patients was decreased significantly,the levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were increased significantly,both with statistical significance （P ＜ 0.05）.According to the biological behavior,the level of plasma IGF-1 was further decreased in stricturing CD than non-stricturing,non-penetrating behavior,but with no statistical significance （P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion The plasma IGF-1 level of CD patients is significantly decreased than healthy controls and is associated with its specific biological behaviour in stricturing CD.
