摘要
目的观察RNT4蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及意义,为获取胃癌诊断相关的蛋白分子提供实验依据。方法采用RT-PCR和Western blot检测RTN4在胃癌组织中的表达;应用免疫组化染色检测胃癌组织中RTN4蛋白的表达率,并分析其表达的临床意义。结果 1RT-PCR和Western blot结果均显示,与正常胃黏膜组织比较,RTN4在胃癌组织中的表达明显增加(P<0.05)。2胃癌与正常胃黏膜组织中RTN4蛋白的阳性表达率分别为60.9%(28/46)与25%(6/24),RTN4蛋白在胃癌组织中阳性表达率显著高于正常胃黏膜组织(P<0.05)。结论 RNT4蛋白在胃黏膜组织中高表达与胃癌的发生密切相关。
Objective To verify clinical significance of the expression of RNT4 protein in gastric cancer tissue to provide experimental data for finding diagnosis-related protein of gastric cancer.Methods The expression of RTN4 was detected by RT-PCR and Western blot in gastric cancer and normal gastric mucosa tissues; Moreover,the expression rate of RTN4 protein was detected by immunohistochemical staining and the clinical significance of its expression was analyzed in gastric cancer and normal gastric mucosa tissues.Results The results of RT-PCR and Western blot showed that the expression of RTN4 was higher than that in normal gastric mucosa tissues （P ＜ 0.05）.The positive expression rate of RTN4 protein in normal gastric mucosa and gastric cancer tissues were 60.87％ （28/46） and 25.00％ （6/24） respectively.The expression positive rate of RTN4 protein in gastric cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in normal gastric mucosa tissue （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions The over-expression of RTN4 protein in gastric mucosa tissue is closely related with occurrence of gastric cancer.
