氟哌噻吨美利曲辛和（或）盐酸伊托必利治疗伴抑郁的非糜烂性反流病90例疗效分析 被引量：12

摘要 根据胃镜下有无食管炎表现,可将GERD分为反流性食管炎（reflux esophagitis,RE）和非糜烂性反流病（non-erosive reflux disease,NERD）[1].GERD尤其是NERD患者常伴有一定程度的焦虑或抑郁,其生活质量较健康人群有所下降[2].本研究应用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛和（或）盐酸伊托必利治疗伴有抑郁的NERD患者,观察其临床疗效,同时分析其生活质量的改善情况,以进一步探讨有效的治疗方案.
