精浆对胚胎着床的影响

摘要 体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的种植率和妊娠率始终低于自然妊娠,宫腔内无精液的作用是其与自然妊娠过程的不同点之一。精浆具有免疫活性,暴露于精浆可以引起母体对胚胎的免疫耐受,有助于胚胎的种植和发育。其机制可能是精浆内存在潜在的免疫调节物质,主要是转化生长因子-β(TGFβ)和前列腺素E(PGE)家族成员,通过诱导和消退炎性反应及抗原呈递细胞和淋巴细胞的表型偏斜,上调Th2型细胞因子,提高围着床期子宫内膜的容受性,以利于胚胎的植入和妊娠的维持。
