强直性脊柱炎的达标治疗 被引量：14

摘要 达标治疗（treat-to-target）概念起源于糖尿病和高血压的控制,近年来被引入到类风湿关节炎（RA）的治疗中,对RA的控制起到积极的作用.早在2009年,德国Sieper教授在国际脊柱关节炎协会（ASAS）推荐的指南中,就有关于强直性脊柱炎（AS）治疗目标的论述,但AS的治疗目标并未像RA的达标治疗一样得到广泛的接受与公认.现就“达标治疗”这一理念,对AS的治疗提出一些意见供同行参考与讨论.
