心脏康复五大处方之营养处方 被引量:7

摘要 众所周知,维系机体健康的五大基石包括:合理膳食、适量运动、戒烟限酒、心理平衡、充足睡眠.其中,膳食营养是影响健康的主要环境因素之一,在各种疾病的康复中具有举足轻重的作用,对于心脏康复也不例外.心血管疾病包括高血压、高脂血症、动脉粥样硬化、冠心病、心力衰竭(心衰)等.现有的循证医学证据显示,膳食中过多的能量摄入以及饱和脂肪酸、反式脂肪酸、胆固醇、食盐摄入过多,将增加心血管疾病的发生风险;而科学合理的膳食可以有效降低心血管疾病风险(表1).
