丙型肝炎病毒相关关节病的诊治进展 被引量：1

摘要 HCV是一种单股线性正链RNA病毒,非A非B的肝炎病毒.HCV主要通过肠道外传播,输血和血制品传播是最主要的传播途径.HCV感染除引起肝炎的临床表现（如全身无力,纳差,肝区不适）外,还会出现与自身免疫病相关的肝外表现,如关节痛、关节炎、雷诺现象、纤维肌痛、冷球蛋白血症、自身免疫性溶血性贫血、间质性肺炎等[1-2].HCV相关关节病主要包括以下三种疾病：HCV相关关节炎、混合性冷球蛋白血症综合征（MCS）相关关节炎、HCV感染合并类风湿关节炎（RA）.HCV相关关节病的临床表现复杂多样,发病机制不明,为临床诊疗带来一定困难.现结合文献从发病机制、临床表现和治疗方面阐述HCV相关关节病,以加深临床医师对HCV相关关节病的了解.
