双眼原发性视网膜色素变性合并Fuchs虹膜异色性葡萄膜炎一例 被引量：2

摘要 视网膜色素变性（retinitis pigmentosa,RP）是一组以进行性视野缺失、夜盲、色素性视网膜病变和视网膜电图异常为特点的进行性、遗传营养不良性退行病变.Fuchs综合征也称为Fuchs虹膜异色性葡萄膜炎（Fuchs＇ heterochromic uveitis,FHU）,90％以上为单眼发病.两种疾病同时发生的病例非常少见,迄今为止国外共报道17例,其中双眼同时发病的只有2例[1-7],国内尚未见报道.2013年7月我们收治了1例RP伴双眼FHU及病理性近视眼患者,现报告如下.
