摘要
1952年后,伴随着高等院校院系调整,中国大学形成了以"工具理性"为主导的人才培养模式,这种模式在满足经济社会发展需求的同时也导致了大学人才培养的三个断裂,适应新时期文明复兴和"人的自由和全面发展"的时代与社会要求,中国高校需要以通识教育为抓手推动人才培养模式的再造。基于此,本文对当前国内高校通识教育的建设实践进行了阐述和分析,并就通识教育的建设路径提出了建议。
Chinese universities have formed the talent training mode led by 'instrumental rationality' with the internal reorganization of university since 1952. This mode satisfied the need of economical social development as well as produced three gaps in training university talents. In adapting to the demand by new era civilization renaissance and society with 'human of freedom and full development', Chinese universities should launch reconstruction of the talent training mode through liberal art education. This paper conducts a discussion and analysis on the practice of the liberal art education construction in present Chinese universitieswith some approaches proposed for the reconstruction.
