随着社会对于新型人才的要求,国家对于教育进行了大刀阔斧的改革,对许多教材以及教法提出了新目标、新要求。小学美术教材为响应国家号召和人才发展需求也进行了大幅度调整。而作为美术教师更应该与时俱进,在教育、教法上进行探索创新,适应人才培养要求,而不是消极地“换汤不换药”,继续沿用老一套作法。

The elementary school arts teaching material in response to national calls on and talent development needs also made significant adjustments.Art teachers should keep pace with The Times,to explore innovation in education, teaching methods,to adapt to the requirements of personnel training,rather than passively use＂in its form＂, continue to use our old wethod.
