对现有炼油装置因氯带来的腐蚀问题进行分析,氯化物产生的盐酸腐蚀、NH4Cl垢下腐蚀和氯化物应力腐蚀开裂等问题会造成催化剂中毒和对炼油装置带来不利影响。提出了解决上述问题的对策,以确保装置生产安稳长满优运行。

From the analysis on corrosion problem existing in the refining units caused by chloride in crude oil, the hydrochloric acid corrosion, NH4 Cl corrosion and chloride stress corrosion cracking problems can lead to the poison of the catalyst and adverse effects on refining units. To ensure the stable and long operation, the countermeasures are proposed as well.
