摘要
以混凝土泵车伸缩支腿结构为研究对象,通过分析对伸缩支腿设置不同的接触对得到的计算结果,确定更加精确的侧向接触设置方法。对伸缩支腿设置侧向接触并考虑侧板初始间隙的方法最接近实际情况,得到的计算结果更真实。通过对混凝土泵车伸缩支腿侧向接触方法的探讨,形成基于ANSYS软件平台的泵车伸缩支腿快速准确计算方法,为支腿的优化和改型设计提供数值支持,提升设计效率。
Concrete pump truck telescopic legs structure for the study,through discussing and analyzing the results of setting different contacts,determine a more accurate method of setting sideways-contact.Setting the sidewayscontacts for the telescopic leg and considering the initial gap between the side panels are the closest to the actual situation,and the calculations are more realistic.By discussing the method of setting the side contacts of concrete pump truck telescopic legs,form a system based on ANSYS software platform finite element method,providing numerical support for products optimization and reshaping design,improving design efficiency.
