Effect of Heat Treatment on Properties of Li_2O-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 System Glass

摘要 测量了线性升温热处理后Li2 O Al2 O3 SiO2 系统零膨胀微晶玻璃V0 2的性质变化。在一个较小的温度区间内 ,玻璃物理性质由于相变而出现显著变化。折射率增加 175× 10 -4、密度增加 0 .0 94g/cm3 、热膨胀系数降低4 1× 10 -7/℃、努普 (Knoop)硬度增加 18.6MPa、线收缩达 1.12 %。短波区透射率随着热处理温度的升高先出现下降而后再次上升。 The physical properties of the Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2 system based zero-expansion glass ceramic of V02 have been measured during a linearly temperature raise. There is a significant change in a narrow temperature range for all physical properties caused by the phase transformation. The refractive index increases from 1.5258 to 1.5433. The density increase from 2.563 to 2.576 g/cm3. The expansion coefficient decrease from 41.5×10-7/°C to near zero. The Knoop hardness increase from 57.8 MPa to 76.4 MPa. The total linear shrinkage is 1.12%. The optical transmission at short wavelength region decreases first and then increases with heat treatment temperature rising. Some useful points were suggested for controlled crystallization of large glass mirror blank.
