摘要
本文以钻井平台机械设备的振动测试为基础,对几种旋转机械的故障进行了分析和诊断,并由此得出机械振动频率和幅值的变化是分析机械运转故障的重要因素;振动频谱分析是实现预知维修的重要手段;预知维修是机械维修的一个有效模式等结论。这些结论对科研生产有一定的实际应用和研究参考价值。
Based on vibration measurement of mechanical equipment on the drilling platform, this paper analyzes and determines rotation machinery failure and get the following conclusion: mechanical vibration frequency and its amplitude variation are important factors analyzing machinery running failure ; vibration spectrum analysis is an important means predicting maintenance ; prediction maintenance is an effective pattern of machinery maintenance; etc. These have a certain value for actual application and study.
