Landscape Design of Jining Garden(Confucianism Garden) in 2014 Qingdao International Horticultural Exposition

济宁园(儒园)是青岛世园会中建造的最具特色的中式文化经典园。考察济宁展园地形,结合济宁特色,挖掘济宁历史文化,进行济宁展园方案设计,依照青岛世园会主题,以儒家文化为理念,以儒家"五常"思想为核心,融入孔子诞生地曲阜市尼山的自然景观、人文景观元素,分析利用现场地形展开设计,儒园的景观规划以强烈的景观轴线,以中规中矩的方圆作为整个构图机理脉络,营造"天人合一、崇尚自然"的中式古典自然山水园。

In accordance with the theme of Qingdao International Horticultural Expo, Confucianism Garden is designed as a classical natural landscape garden with Chinese characteristics. Basing on site analysis. the natural and cultural landscape elements of Qufu Nishan（birthplace of Confucius） have been integrated in its design with Confucianism core idea ＂Benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom and trust＂. Following the laws of nature, the design has created by the theory that man is integral part of nature.
