摘要
文章以每一代万达商业景观的代表项目为基础,以第三代店为主体,以万达的发展为主线,通过这三代店的商业广场、商业街、酒店、办公等空间进行对比研究,总结其景观的发展,万达从初期的简单商业单体发展到了现阶段的大型商业综合体,接下来也将发展到第四代的主题商业城,其商业业态、运营模式、建筑风格以及景观设计也随之不断发展,通过对万达商业综合体景观的空间发展研究,可以在某种程度上折射中国商业综合体景观的发展,对国内其他商业景观具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
