摘要
目的:运用分阶段培训,提高新护士的整体水平。方法:制订专科培训本,按照专科培训考核要求,把培训分为岗前培训、输液室、留观病区、急诊等区域专业知识、技术操作培训。结果:根据每个区域培训内容及考核要求,明确培训、考核内容及时限,新护士对专科知识,掌握更全面、透彻,考核成绩明显比以往提高。结论:分阶段培训转变了以往传统的"填鸭式"的培训方法,对每个阶段受训护士的考核、评价,了解新护士动态变化,不断完善培训方法,使新护士能很快胜任各区域岗位工作。
Objective: To use a phased training to improve the overall level of new nurses. Methods: The present formulation of specialist training, in accordance with the specialist training and examination requirements, the training is divided into pre-service training, infusion room, observing ward, emergency and other areas of expertise, technical operations training. Results: According to each regional training content and assessment requirements, specifically training, assessment content and timing, the new nurse specialist knowledge, mastering more comprehensive, thorough, assessment score was significantly higher than in the past. Conclusion: Training phased transition in the past the traditional "spoon-fed" training methods, training of nurses for each stage of the assessment, evaluation and understanding of the new nurses dynamic change, and constantly improve the training methods, so that the new nurses will soon be competent regional posts the work.
