基于“3S”技术的水环境管理信息系统模式

Model of information system for water environment management based on "3S" technology

水资源短缺、水污染加剧、水环境恶化是当今世界所面临的共同问题。文章对我国水环境现状问题进行了分析 ,并在此基础上建立了一个基于“3S”技术的水环境监测管理信息系统模式 ,对系统的软硬件组成和具有的功能进行了详细介绍。

Lack of the water resources,increasing contamination of water and worsening of the water environment are global problems. In this paper,the present situation of the water environment in China is analyzed, and the model of information system for water environment management is established based on the technology of geographical information system(GIS),remote sensing(RS),and global positioning system(GPS),which is called '3S' technology. The hardware and software compositions of the information system are introduced,and the functions of the basic modules of the system are analyzed. The results are important for consummating the national information system for water environment management.
