不孕妇女性激素水平与月经周期的相关性分析

To Analyze the Correlation Between the Sex Hormones Levels and Menstruation for Infertile Women

目的综合分析160例不孕妇女六项性激素指标检测结果,探讨其浓度水平变化与月经的相关性。方法选择2013年1月—2014年6月在我院就诊的不孕妇女160例,随机分为月经正常组和月经异常组,每组80例,选择同期进行健康体检且结果正常的女性80例为对照组,所有纳入对象均进行血清促卵泡生成激素、促黄体生成激素、催乳激素、雌二醇、睾酮和孕酮指标检测,并对结果进行综合分析。结果与对照组比较,月经正常组女性六项性激素浓度水平无明显差异(P>0.05);与月经异常组比较,月经正常组和对照组女性六项性激素浓度水平差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);六项性激素指标联合检测月经正常组和月经异常组阳性率分别为21.25%和91.25%;以临床确诊结果为金标准,月经异常组患者与临床结果一致性Kappa值等于0.91。结论六项性激素的浓度水平变化与妇女月经具有一定的相关性,进行联合分析可以为不孕症病因、确诊、治疗和指导临床用药等方面提供重要的实验室依据。

OBJECTIVE To comprehensive analyze the sex hormones levels testing results of the 160 cases of infertile women, to explore the correlation between the sex hormones levels and menstruation. METHODS Choosing 160 cases of infertile women for the experimental group, which contained 80 cases of menstruation normal women and 80 cases of abnormal menstrual women, and testing the follicle stimulating hormone, Luteinizing Hormone, Prolactin, Estradiol, Testosterone, Progesterone, analyzed the results comprehensively. RESULTS Compared with the control group, there was no significantly differences of the menstruation normal group for the sex hormones levels（P〉0.05）. Compared with the abnormal menstrual group, there were significantly differences of the control group and the menstruation normal group for the sex hormones levels（P〈0.05）. The positive rate of the six measures of sex hormone jointted detection of the menstruation normal women and abnormal menstrual women were 21.25% and 91.25%. It used the clinical diagnosis as the gold standard, the Kappa of the abnormal menstrual group and clinical diagnosis results is 0.91. CONCLUSION There is some relevance between the sex hormones levels and the menstrual, jointted analysis of infertility causes, diagnosis, treatment and other aspects of clinical medicining providing an important basis for the laboratory.
