摘要
针对某厂300 MW机组电动给水泵在机组甩负荷期间主泵入口压力升高后,出现汽蚀、断流造成泵轮抱死的现象进行了分析。结果表明:水泵转速快速降低过程中,泵水温度快速升高,造成泵轮与密封环的碰摩,产生的热量对泵水进一步加热,出口压力降低后泵水汽化。针对类似问题,提出了预防措施。
An analysis was carried out on the core locking-up failure of electric feed water pump in a 300 MW unit due to cavitation and cut-off of water caused by pressure rise at pump inlet during load rejection process. Results show that during the fast reduction of water pump speed, the water temperature increases quickly, leading to rub-impact between the pump impeller and the seal ring, where the pump water is further heated, and subsequently gets vaporized with the drop of outlet pressure. Preventive measures are finally proposed for similar problems.
