摘要
用低取代度的磷酸酯淀粉与交联剂反应,合成了一种新型上浆剂,分析了反应温度、反应p H、交联剂用量、反应时间对交联反应的影响.结果表明,在p H=8、反应温度50℃、交联剂用量0.2%(对淀粉质量)的条件下,获得交联磷酸酯淀粉浆料,并测试了其在纯棉细支纱上的上浆性能,测试结果表明该交联磷酸酯淀粉上浆性能良好.
A novel sizing agent was synthesized using phosphate starch with low substitution degree and a crosslinking agent as raw materials. The influences of reaction temperature, reaction pH, the amount of crosslinking agent and reaction time on crosslinking reaction were analyzed. The results showed that the cross- linked phosphate starch size was obtained under the fol owing conditions: pH was 8, the reaction temperature was 50 ℃, the dosage of crosslinking agent was 0.2% (on the dry weight of the starch). The sizing performance of the starch size on the pure cotton fine count yarn was tested. The results showed that the cross- linked phosphate starch size had good sizing performance.
