摘要
从艾叶中提取天然色素并用于锦纶针织物的染色,探讨了媒染剂离子对色素稳定性的影响以及媒染剂种类、媒染工艺对染色性能的影响,通过正交试验优化了媒染工艺参数.结果表明,各种媒染剂染色锦纶针织物可获不同色泽,其中硫酸亚铁预媒法染色织物得色浓、染色牢度佳.预媒处理适宜条件:媒染剂硫酸亚铁质量浓度为5 g/L,媒处理温度为70℃,时间为30 min.
A natural colorant was extracted from mugwort and applied to dye polyamide knitted fabric. The effects of mordant ions on stability of the colorant and the effects of mordant kinds and mordant process on dyeing properties were discussed. The optimum mordant dyeing process was obtained by orthogonal test. The results showed that various color of mordant dyed polyamide fabric could be obtained. The fabric dyed by ferrous sulfate pre- mordant dyeing exhibited the highest color depth and good color fastness. The optimized pre- mordant dyeing process was：dosage of pre- mordant ferrous sulfate was 5 g/L, treated at 70℃for 30 min.
