摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,建立了检测纺织品中17种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂含量的方法.采用苯基柱(4.6 mm×25 mm,5μm),流速为1.0 mL/min,以水与乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱,保留时间定性,外标法定量.方法最低限5 mg/kg,以标准加入法计算回收率,在5-20 mg/kg添加范围内,回收率为80%-110%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.16%-6.17%.
A determination method of 17 phthalate plasticizers in textiles by high performance liquid chromatography was established. The phenyl column (4.6 mm × 25 mm, 5 μm) was used with water and acetonitrile as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min at gradient elution, the analysis was qualitative by retention and quantified by peak area using external standard method. The quantitative limit of this method was 5 mg/kg, the recovery rate tested by standard addition method was in the range of 80%-110%, and the relative standard deviation was in the range of 1.16%-6.17%at a spiking level from 5-20 mg/kg.
