摘要 化疗在乳腺癌综合治疗中占有极其重要的地位,而耐药性的产生是影响乳腺癌患者化疗疗效及生存的主要原因之一,在耐药性的产生中,多药耐药(MDR)的产生较为复杂,具有较大的临床意义。MDR是指肿瘤细胞对某一化疗药物产生耐药性之后,对其他化学结构和机制不同的化疗药物也产生耐药性。而MDR的产生是一个多阶段发展、多因素参与的复杂事件。该文就近年来有关乳腺癌MDR机制的研究进展予以综述。 Chemotherapy plays an impotant role in the general treatment for breast cancer,and the drug resistance is one of the main factors influencing the chemotherapy effect and the survival of breast cancer patients. The reason for the generation of multi-drug resistance( MDR) is complicated,therefore,makes MDR of great importance in clinical practice. MDR refers to the cross-resistance of tumor cells to other chemotherapy drugs with different chemical structure and mechanisms after becoming resistant to some certain chemotherapy drug. MDR is a multi-stage development process and many complex factors involve in it. Here is to make a review of the current research progress on the mechanism of MDR in breast cancer.
