摘要
羟基磷灰石(HA)具有良好的化学稳定性和生物相容性,是一种优异的人工骨,广泛应用于骨组织修复和替换。纳米银安全无毒、抗菌谱广,不产生耐药菌,释放的银离子可以反复杀菌。纳米银医疗产品已经用于临床各个领域,取得了很好的疗效。骨科感染推动了植入物表面HA纳米银复合涂层的研究,但还有许多技术难题需要多学科交叉研究。
Hydroxyapatite( HA) which has good chemical stability and biocompatibility is a kind of excellent artificial bone. It has been widely used for repairing and replacing bone. Nano silver is non-toxic and has broad antifungal spectrum and does not produce drug resistant bacteria,giving off a lot of silver ions to inhibit bacteria repeatedly. It has been used in clinical fields and achieved good results. Orthopedic infections have promoted the studies of implants' surface HA / Ag composite coating,although there are still many technical problems which should be managed by a multidisciplinary approach.
