摘要
摩擦钻孔是一种新的非传统钻孔加工方法。本文介绍了难加工材料摩擦钻孔的技术特点。主要论述了摩擦钻孔过程的理论模型、刀具几何参数和磨损和钻孔表面质量的试验研究。对摩擦钻孔过程中的轴向力、扭矩的变化及温度的变化规律进行了系统的阐述。此外,对难加工材料摩擦钻孔的物理仿真技术进行了论述,提出了仿真技术的优点和存在的不足。
Friction drilling is a non-traditional hole-making method.According to the characteristics of hard to ma-chine materials,this paper introduces the technical characteristics of hard to machine materials in friction drilling.The theo-retical model,drilling tool geometry parameters,tool wear,and surface quality of the machined hole in friction drilling have been mainly discussed.The mechanical and thermal aspects of friction drilling are expounded.Furthermore,the finite ele-ment technology of friction drilling for hard to machine materials is presented,and its advantage and the existing shortcom-ings are proposed.
