燃机U形密封齿国产化工装开发

摘要 燃机U形密封齿是结构复杂的薄壁工件,弯制过程中很难成形,本文对加工成形过程的工装进行研究,经过多次试验顺利加工出成品。 Because the sealing ring' s wall of gas turbine is very thin and the structure is complicated, it is difficuh to form the shape when bending. The jigs throughout the whole bending processing are researched. The acceptable product af- ter repeated experiments is manufactured to satisfy the requirements of the factory.
