摘要
PCD刀具在非金属材料尤其是强化木地板加工方面已广泛应用,但随着地板送料速度、主轴转速的提高,原有普通线刀具已不能满足加工要求。本文主要从高速地板加工线出发,介绍了PCD铣刀的设计、电火花加工、动平衡等方面的实际应用。
The PCD tool in the non metallic materials especially the aggrandizement wood floor processing has been widely used, but with the feeding speed, spindle speed of underfloor improved , the cutting tool of original common line has been unable to meet the requirements of machining. This article mainly from the high floor processing line , introduces the PCD milling design,EDM, balance and other aspects of the application.
