介绍了He-Ne激光的稳频原理及波长检测方法,分析了Lamb凹陷、纵向塞曼、横向塞曼及双纵模等几种典型的稳频系统的技术特点。
The principle of the frequency stabilization and the wavelength detection method in the He - Ne laser are introduced. Several typical frequency - stabilization systems are analyzed. Those systems are based on different effects such as the Longitudinal Zeeman, Transverse Zeeman, Lamb Sag and Double Longitudinal Mode.
