摘要
将1500℃以上的钢水浇铸成钢坯的过程中,连铸机有一段利用水直接对坯壳进行冷却的过程,形成质量成分稳定的铸坯。水直接对高温坯壳进行冷却时会产生冷却蒸汽,围绕连铸机蒸汽外溢提出了相应的解决方案和优化方向,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。
