摘要
采用水模实验对氧枪喷头的使用性能进行模拟分析,对氧枪喷头参数进行了优化设计。与原氧枪相比,新氧枪在冶炼过程中体现了优越的冶炼效果,有效减少了喷溅,增大了冲击面积,化渣良好,同时缩短了吹炼时间,保证了生产的需要。
The use characters of oxygen lance nozzle performance were simulated and analyzed using water model test.The parameters of the oxygen lance nozzle were optimized.Compared with the origi-nal oxygen lance, the oxygen lance in smelting process embodies the superiority of smelting effect, ef-fectively reduce the splash, increases the impact area, the slag is good, at the same time shortens the time of blowing and ensures that the needs of production.
