摘要
介绍了在永钢集团竖炉生产球团过程中,将炉内水梁循环水冷改为汽化冷却,产生的低压饱和蒸汽用于发电的的工程实例。优化了生产冷却系统,提高了竖炉热稳定性,降低了用电量、耗水量,同时回收竖炉余热产生蒸汽用于发电,获得了良好的经济效益,提升了产品竞争力。
An engineering application of using the saturated steam for generation which was obtained from shaft furnace cooling system was presented.The engineering belonged to Yonggang.The re-claimed steam was used in the steam turbine.It made production system simplify come true.It en-hanced thermal stability of the furnace and reduced consumption of water and electricity.The corpora-tion economized power, reduced consumed cost and improved enterprise's benefit.
