摘要
利用煤气自动分析仪,通过控制CO含量的回收条件,三通阀的转换时间,活动烟罩的升降,来延长煤气回收时间。通过控制喉口开度、V型水封水位、风机风量等,来增加煤气回收量。此外制定相应完善的安全技术操作规程和联系制度,不仅可以促使钢产量和吨钢回收量逐渐增加,而且还能保证回收过程安全顺利进行。
Using gas automatic analyzer, by controlling the recovery condition of CO content, the transfer time of 3-way valve, and the rise and fall of active hood, the gas recovery time was length-ened.Through the control of the opening of the throat, v-shaped water seal water level, fan air vol-ume, etc., to increase the quantity of gas recycled.Also made corresponding perfect safe technology operating rules and contact system, not only chould make steel production and steel scrap gradually in-crease, but also can ensure the safety of the recovery process smoothly.
