医疗设备全流程管理系统设计

Design of whole-course management system for medical equipment

目的:将过去粗放式管理模式改变为全过程式跟踪管理模式,采用C/C/S 3层架构、Microsoft SQL Server2005软件及Delphi7软件,实现医疗设备全程动态信息化管理。方法:对设备管理需求进行分析,设计全流程管理工作流程图,包含设备购置管理、购增、使用、质量控制、维修、计量、财务等功能模块。结果:实现了对设备从申请采购到审批报废全过程的监控和管理,使医疗设备在全寿命周期中处于良好的管理状态,同时为医院管理者提供了多方位数据,进而推动了医院整体管理水平的提高。结论:该管理系统使设备管理工作实现了自动化、规范化,减少了随意性,提高了工作效率,保障了计划作业的准确性及科学性,为医院提供了有效的管理工具。

Objective To realize whole-course informatized management of medical equipment. Methods C/C/S three-layer architechture, Microsoft SQL Server2005 and Delphi7 were used to establish the digital and networked operation management platform. The requirements of equipment management were analyzed, and the whole-course management flowchart was designed, involving the modules of purchase management, purchase, utilization, quality control, maintenance, calculation, finance and etc. Results The whole-course monitoring and management of medical equipment was implemented from applying to approval. The hospital administrator was provided with sufficient data, and thus the hospital management was enhanced greatly. Conclusion The system results in automatic and standardized medical equipment management.
