XCY2002-1/200野战X线诊断车展开与撤收标准化操作方案探讨

Standardized scheme for deployment and withdrawal of XCY2002-1/200 field X-ray diagnosis vehicle

目的：探讨XCY2002-1/200野战X线诊断车展开与撤收标准化操作方案。方法：12名训练队员,男性,年龄24-40岁,平均30.7岁,按专业分为3组,每组包含1名放射医师/技师、1名驾驶员、1名工程维修人员及1名保障人员。各组按标准化操作方案集中训练2周后,进行车辆展开与撤收操作,记录各组作业时间、作业后队员即刻心率、个人最大心率（maximum heart rate,MHR）百分比、主观体力感觉等级（rating of perceived exercise,RPE）,并对作业质量进行评分。结果：实施标准化操作方案后,各组展开与撤收X线诊断车时间均能控制在6 min 5 s及6 min 40 s内,快于之前的9 min 34 s及11 min 38 s;队员的心率为143-163次/min,平均154次/min;个人MHR百分比76%-89%,平均81.4%;RPE为14-17,平均15.6,属于中等作业强度;作业质量均在95分以上,高于之前的90分。结论：按照标准化操作方案,能够对XCY2002-1/200野战X线诊断车进行高质、快速地展开与撤收,可适应实战及操作考核的需要,值得在装备该车辆的部队推广应用。

Objective To discuss the standardized scheme for the deployment and withdrawal of XCY2002-1/200 field Xray diagnosis vehicle. Methods Totally 12 male trainees, aged from 24 to 40 years old and with the mean age of 30.7years old, were divided into three groups, each of which involved in one radiologist, one driver, one engineering maintenance person and one support staff. All the groups underwent 2-week training and then performed the deployment and withdrawal of the vehicle. The operation time, instant heart rate after operation, percent of maximum heart rate（MHR）and rating of perceived exercise（RPE） of the groups were compared, and the operation quality was evaluated. Results All the groups could keep the operation time within 365 s and 400 s, less than the original one within 574 s and 698 s. The heart rate was between 143 and 163 times per min, with the mean value of 154 times per min. The percent of MHR was limited between 76% and 89%, with the mean value of 81.4%. The RPE was within 14 and 17, with the mean value of15.6. The operation quality score was more than 95, more than the original one of 90. Conclusion The standardized scheme can be used for the rapid deployment and withdrawal of XCY2002-1/200 field X-ray diagnosis vehicle, and thus is worth popularizing in other troops.
