摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗扩张型心肌病的疗效。方法:选择我院2008年10月至2012年6月84例扩张性心肌病患者,随机分为治疗组(常规西药加中药)42例,西药对照组(常规西药)42例。结果:心功能改善情况两组比较,P<0.05,心功能各项指标治疗前后比较,P<0.05。结论:中西医结合治疗能更好地改善心功能、增加心输出量,疗效优于单纯西药组。
Objective：To investigate the ther apeutic effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods：In our hospital from 2008 October to 2012 June,84 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into the treatment group （42 cases withroutine western medicine and traditional Chinese Medicine）,western medicine group （42 cases of conventional western medicine）. Results：The improvement of heart function between the two groups,P〈0.05, heart function indexes were compared after treatment, P〈0.05, treatment can effectively improve heart function, increase cardiac output. Conclusion： Combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine,curative effect is better than pure western medicine group.
