消炎利胆片预防胆总管结石术后结石复发的体会

Experience of Prevention for Recurrence of Choledocholithiasis

目的:探讨消炎利胆片预防胆总管结石术后胆总管结石复发的疗效。方法:回顾性分析我科胆总管结石术后670例患者,成功回访612例患者,其中术后口服消炎利胆片患者292例,术后未口服消炎利胆片患者320例。观察两组胆总管结石复发情况。结果:口服消炎利胆片组患者胆总管结石复发率较未口服消炎利胆片组患者高,未口服消炎利胆片组患者比口服消炎利胆片组患者发生胆总管复发率高2.937倍(OR=2.937)。结论:消炎利胆片能明显降低胆总管结石术后胆总管结石的复发率。

Objective：To explore the clinical significance of Xiaoyan Lidan tablet to prevent recurrence of common bile duct calculi in postoperative patients with coledocholithiasis. Methods：Retrospectively analyzed 670 postoperative patients with coledocholithiasis. Successfully return visit 612 patients. The postoperative patients who oral Xiaoyan Lidan tablet were 292. The postoperative patients who not oral Xiaoyan Lidan tablet were 320. And then observe the recurrence rate of the two groups. Results： The recurrence rate of oral Xiaoyan Lidan tablet patients compared with not oral Xiaoyan Lidan tablet patients was significant high（P＆lt;0.05）. The recurrence rate of not oral Xiaoyan Lidan tablet patients have 2.937 times higher （OR=2.937） than the rate of oral Xiaoyan Lidan tablet patients. Conclusion： Xiaoyan Lidan tablet can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of common bile duct calculi .
