摘要
我公司某款新开发的柴油机,在台架耐久试验过程中,出现功率突降,曲轴箱窜气量突增的异常现象,拆机检查后发现活塞顶部出现了烧蚀开裂现象。本文采用故障树,同时借助理化和试验两种手段对失效件进行分析,最终找出失效产生原因并提出相应改进措施。
The new diesel engine developed by our company appears power felling sharply and crankcase blow -by gas increasing suddenly during the bench durability test, and we found the ablation cracking phenomenon at the top of piston after the teardown inspection . This paper uses the fault tree with the physicochemical and test means simultaneously to analyze the failure parts, and finally finds out the cause of the failure then puts forward the appropriate measurements to improve.
